We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any data or analysis provided through the Service. Data may contain errors, be outdated, or be incomplete. All data is provided on an "as-is" basis.

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Service data without authorization
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or systematically download Service data
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal browser use
• Misrepresent Service output as professional real estate or investment advice
